Here are the answers to some of your FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

Please read carefully!

Q – What are the running times?
A – 6pm – 12am on Friday & 5pm – 12am on Saturday! After party is 12am – 4am on Saturday ( no after party on Friday )

Q – After Party? Tell me more
A – The official After Party is at Infinity nightclub (Formerly Flamingo) and is Free to all Weekender & Saturday ticket holders, just show your wristband to gain entry, there will be a map posted and printed on your lanyards, it’s a 5 minute walk.

Q – I can’t make the 2pm / 5pm band collection, what do I do?
A – Don’t stress, you can collect your bands from the front door from 6pm – 9pm on Friday and 5pm – 9pm on Saturday, if you can make band collection that would ease any congestion in the evening, so we advise seeing you between 2 & 5pm on Friday if possible!

Q – How do I purchase drinks?
A – Cash & Card are accepted at all bars

Q – I have a VIP ticket, what do I get extra?
A – Queue jump, Lanyard, Private balcony with viewing, private toilets and your own bar!

Q – I didn’t manage to get a VIP ticket, can I upgrade?
A – There are a couple of upgrades available, just ask when collecting your band.

Q – Can I buy a lanyard?
A – Yes you can, they will be available on our merchandise store!

Q – Merchandise? Tell me more
A – We have an official merchandise store to grab some official merch! You will see it in the main foyer when you arrive.

Q – Will there be food available?
A – Yes! Keep an eye out for our pizza van in the main arena!

Q – Is there a cloakroom?
A – Yes there is, it will be in the Derham lounge which is located in the main foyer

A – Set times are sent in email, posted online and they will also be on the lanyards and booklets which are given out on arrival!
